“Baptist Academy has reached tremendous milestones under the exceptional leadership of our school principal Mr. Santosh Kanavalli, ensuring its place among the finest educational establishments. Our committed Principal leads the route to excellence, encouraging both students and teachers. Though I’ve only been at Baptist Academy for a few months, I’ve had the honour of teaching and motivating kids of various grades, which has allowed me to observe the transformational power of education firsthand. I try to create a dynamic and inclusive environment where every student can succeed, guided by a passion for cultivating a love of learning. I cherish good relationships with students and parents and working collaboratively to promote holistic development. It’s tremendously wonderful to see students grow and flourish. I am continually reminded of the enormous gift of being an educator, from seeing the delight on the faces of my beloved students when they comprehend a new concept to applauding their triumphs inside and outside the classroom. Academic success, character development, and student well-being are all our priorities at Baptist Academy.”

“A happy workspace always ensures both physical and mental wellbeing. My journey at BA CBSE as a facilitator was so content and a fortunate one. It was not by chance but by choice that I started working with BA. I feel blessed and extremely elated to be part of our reputed institution which focuses completely on the welfare of every person associated with it. The values and ethics that I’ve embraced after coming to BA has always pushed me one step ahead in being progressive and productive in life. Hoping for a bon voyage with such a wonderful institution as ours.”

“My journey in Baptist Academy CBSE as a teacher has been amazing and it had shaped my life in many ways. As a teacher, in addition to teaching, I enjoy mingling, sharing, and caring for my students and this has produced incredibly good results in bonding with my students. Although I am a teacher, I do learn a lot of things from my students as I spend time with them and observe them. One thing I always keep in mind is that all the students in the class do not learn at the same pace, some are quick, some are intermediate, and others are slow, but that is alright, not everyone has to learn the same way. I analyze the learning style of each student and use appropriate techniques to enhance the learning and growth of everyone. Above all, I keep myself approachable to my students so that they feel safe and comfortable around me. In relation to my colleagues, one thing that I thoroughly enjoy is our morning quiet time along with our principal. This is where we pray for one another and encourage one another so that we are committed to the vision and mission of our school which is “sowing seeds of potential”.

“I love my school very much. Each and every day I learn new things with the help of my beloved teachers. The discipline I learn here makes me a confident person. ‘Education breeds confidence, Confidence breeds hope, Hope breeds life’. I am very proud to be a student at Baptist Academy. Our school Principal is the pillar of strength to all of us. My school is the key to unlock the golden door of my future.”

“Baptist Academy is very close to my heart; it’s a place that has given me wings, and I have found a new ‘ME” who is creative and much more active. As a teacher, my passion for teaching the tiny tots gets an ‘extra zing’ here. There’s one change that I have observed in myself: I am learning something new every day. The most beautiful thing about learning is that nobody can take it away from you, and that’s what Baptist is all about.”
Mrs Jacinth S
“My teaching journey began as a Montessori staff in Baptist Academy Montessori school with a humble beginning of just 5 students, which was a real challenge for me. The actual learning and challenges began while I started my teaching journey with little blooming buds of BA CBSE. Though I was aware of the importance of inquiry and connection to real life, the actual experience with the students within a classroom enriched my learning. So far, my experience has been enriched not only because of my students but also because of the encouragement of the Principal, the management, and the supportive team. Baptist Academy has provided me with an opportunity to learn new things, enhance my skills, and grow spiritually. Being a lifelong learner has made me a positive person. It has also transformed my fixed mindset into a growth mindset. I am really blessed and thankful for Baptist Academy CBSE to be a part of the teaching profession.”
